Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed in the summer months (May 15 - Nov 15) with an additional fee of $10/night. In winter, allowing dogs poses a risk of contaminating our snow sourced water so they will not be allowed. Service animals as defined by the ADA will be accepted. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals and will not be allowed. Failure to abide by this policy will result in a $1,000 fine.

  • What is the Cancellation Policy?

All reservations are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather, road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Guests may modify or cancel their reservation only if the request is made at least 30 days prior to the check-in date. In such cases, guests will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the total reservation cost. Cancellations or modifications made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will result in no refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against any unexpected changes in your travel plans.

We recommend guests plan ahead and ensure they have the proper gear and support. Our team is available to assist with any questions or to provide guidance on suitable equipment for the trek.
